Job summary

You will manage documentation, monitor schedules and costs, and ensure accurate records while building strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience as a workshop service adviser.
• Self-motivated and collaborative; able to take directions.
• Strong attention to detail; proficient with software and invoices.
• Knowledge of trucks and trailers; eager to learn fleet maintenance in fuel transport.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Proficient in maintenance management systems and Excel reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and clear phone/email communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet maintenance, repairs, servicing, and breakdowns.
• Monitor progress, costs and timelines; escalate as needed.
• Liaise with depots, vendors and stakeholders to keep work advancing.
• Ensure maintenance documentation, quotations, invoices and records are accurate.
• Monitor fleet compliance and maintenance schedules; escalate safety/financial risks.
• Support preventative maintenance planning and fleet system administration.
