Job summary

Linfox is seeking experienced HC Truck Drivers to deliver products to stores and distribution centres across Melbourne’s South-East metropolitan and selected regional areas. The role requires shifts from 5:00am to 10:00am, Monday to Sunday, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance with Linfox standards.

You will be responsible for loading/unloading as needed, maintaining communication with teams and customers, and upholding safety and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Has current and valid HC license.
• History of safe work practices.
• Familiarity with Melbourne metro area.
• Flexibility to work across different sites.
• Responsible manual handling experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

What does the job look like?

Our Retail business is seeking experienced HC Truck Drivers to deliver products to stores and distribution centres across Melbourne’s South-East metropolitan and selected regional areas, offering Monday – Sunday work with shifts starting from 5:00am - 10:00am. Key areas:

• Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
• Complying with the Linfox coupling and uncoupling procedure plus the ability to work unsupervised
• Able to assist in loading and unloading when required
• Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, managers and customers on a day-to-day basis
