Job summary

NSW Health is seeking a seasoned change management professional to lead and embed change across innovative care models at Blacktown Hospital. You will drive stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption strategies with clinical and project teams to ensure successful delivery of major transformation programs.

Join a high-impact Integration and Transformation Directorate team, supporting Out of Hospital Care Model and related initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes across our health

Qualifications

• Formal change management training or certification with practical application.
• Experience shaping large-scale transformation programs in health care.
• Experience in hospital or complex health settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change management function for transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement engagement, communication, training and benefits plans.
• Assess change impacts with clinical and operational leaders and support adoption.
• Facilitate workshops and engagement activities to drive commitment and behavior change.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and advise on successful outcomes.
