Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions is seeking a Clinical Technology Manager to lead the integration of our clinical and technology layers across 14+ NSW and Tasmania sites. You will ensure the right tools are embedded, drive AI integration in practice, and build training programs so staff can confidently use our systems.

This is a change leadership role, not IT support. Success is measured by clinicians working smarter through the systems you implement and govern.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline with current AHPRA registration.
Demonstrated experience working with clinical technology systems in a health setting.
Experience with Nookal or a comparable allied health practice management system.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and integrate the technology layer across Optimum's clinical operations, with Nookal as the core practice management platform.
Lead the evaluation and implementation of AI tools across clinical and operational workflows.
Develop governance frameworks for the safe and ethical use of AI in clinical settings.
Design and delivering technology training for clinical and administrative staff across all sites.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and fix them through better use of existing technology.
Serve as the primary internal contact for technology vendors and external IT partners.
