Job summary

Flinders University seeks a Change Management Lead to drive the activation of the Flinders HealthCare Centre. Reporting to the Program Director within the People and Culture portfolio, the role will ensure change strategies align with the Change Management Framework and foster cultural alignment during the transition to the new building.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience leading change management programs across project lifecycles.
• Experience in change impact analysis and crafting fit-for-purpose plans.
• Experience leading resources to deliver change management activities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing, gathering and analysing data, assessing the impact of change, recommending interventions and mitigations, and providing insights to help informed decision-making.
• Creating and delivering tailored change management plans and required supporting plans such as Communications and Engagement Plans.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders, guiding leaders to be the 'face of change' and supporting adoption.
• Leading, delivering, and monitoring engagements to secure buy-in and early adoption.
