Job summary

HealthShare NSW is seeking a Change Lead to head the implementation of change and training across major NSW Health procurement and transformation initiatives. You will drive adoption, coordinate training across the directorate and ensure successful rollout of change programs within HealthShare NSW.

The role is Exempt Full Time, based at St Leonards, NSW, with a 38-hour week and a contracted end date in June 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change initiatives within large programs.
• Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, logistics or outsourcing transformations.
• Ability to design adoption and training strategies for complex changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of change and training across NSW Health projects.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and adoption activities across multiple teams.
• Monitor and report on change adoption and training outcomes.
