Job summary

Med-X is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in healthcare, aged care, and commercial sectors across a designated territory. You will identify new business opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and drive revenue growth through tailored service solutions.

The role emphasizes autonomy, relationship-building, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with collaboration across Operations, Compliance, Customer Service, Finance, and Field Services teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business development or field-based sales.
• Proven success achieving sales targets.
• Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and secure new business opportunities across medical and commercial sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with state and national growth objectives.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support territory expansion and sales activity.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, converting leads into long-term customers.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and tender discussions.
• Represent the business at networking events, conferences, and industry functions.
