Job summary

Ballarat Community Health is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to troubleshoot, understand and optimise our client management systems and related applications. You’ll investigate issues across integrations, perform data reporting, and coordinate upgrades to keep operations smooth.

You will work with a team to train staff, liaise with vendors, and contribute to ongoing system improvements within the BCH environment.

Qualifications

• You’ll need a relevant tertiary qualification, experience working with business applications, and strong SQL and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• investigate application, integration and data issues to find the root cause
• administer and maintain business applications and integrations
• use SQL to investigate issues beyond the user interface
• Support end users with data and reporting from systems
• plan, test and coordinate system upgrades
• work with vendors to resolve and prioritise issues
• train and support employees to use BCH systems confidently
• contribute to system improvements and projects across BCH.
