Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a customer-facing technical role in SaaS or healthcare.
• Experience leading technical and workflow discovery sessions.
• Able to travel 25–50% to onsite customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and capture integration requirements across enterprise and mid-market.
• Design tailored solutions aligning Heidi's platform to clinical workflows.
• Deliver product demos and architecture walkthroughs to IT and InfoSec.
• Support RFPs and security reviews with precision.
• Accelerate deals by addressing technical concerns and security questions.
• Enable seamless post-sale handoffs with implementation teams.
