Zusammenfassung

Heidi is seeking a Solutions Engineer to unlock and accelerate enterprise deals by serving as the primary technical contact through the sales cycle and expansion opportunities. You will work with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering on EMR integrations, security architectures, and custom clinical workflows.

You’ll lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, and deliver demos to IT and security teams, while supporting RFPs and post-sale handoffs.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales/solutions engineering preferred).
• Experience leading technical and workflow discovery sessions.
• Ability to travel onsite 25–50% of the time.
• Working knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and healthcare integration standards (HL7, FHIR, REST).
• Ability to communicate complexity clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting sales with healthcare providers or EMR vendors.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical discovery with prospects to uncover integration requirements and security needs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design tailored healthcare workflows.
• Deliver product demos and architecture walkthroughs to IT, InfoSec, and engineering teams.
• Own technical responses for RFPs, security assessments, and due diligence requests.
• Surface and resolve technical concerns to accelerate deal closure.
• Partner with implementation to create structured PRDs and post-signature handoffs.
