Job summary

Heidi & Co is seeking a Solutions Engineer to unlock and accelerate enterprise deals in healthcare SaaS. You’ll serve as the main technical contact through the sales cycle, collaborating with account executives, product, and engineering to address EHR integrations, security, and governance.

The role requires 3–6 years in a customer-facing technical role, travel readiness, and strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and REST APIs to translate complex requirements into practical healthcare designs.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting).
• Experience leading and owning technical and workflow discovery sessions.
• Comfortable with ~25–50% travel for onsite customer engagements.
• Working knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and healthcare integration standards (HL7, FHIR, REST APIs).

Responsibilities

• Lead deep technical and clinical workflow discovery with prospects across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments to uncover integration requirements, EHR dependencies, security needs, and compliance considerations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design tailored solutions that align Heidi's AI platform capabilities to healthcare workflows and customer requirements.
• Deliver compelling demos and architecture walkthroughs to IT, InfoSec, and engineering teams.
• Own technical responses for RFPs, security assessments, and due diligence requests with precision.
• Proactively surface and resolve technical concerns that slow the sales process, acting as a trusted technical advisor on security, compliance, AI governance, and EHR integration questions.
• Partner with implementation teams post-signature to ensure a smooth handoff with structured PRDs and feedback loops to product and engineering.
