Job summary

Bupa Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the ADF Health Services team, based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will coordinate business, technical and change resources to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Reporting to the Senior Program and Change Manager, you will manage complex projects from initiation to closure, align stakeholders, and navigate regulatory environments with a focus on delivery discipline and change readiness.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience managing complex projects from initiation through closure.
Experience in regulated or government service environments is preferred.
PM certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Accountable for end-to-end delivery of assigned projects and initiatives.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks and trade-offs.
Coordinate cross-functional resources with clear accountabilities and escalation pathways.
Prepare clear project reporting with progress, risks, decisions and dependencies.
Work with change and communications for impact assessments and adoption support.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
