Job summary

Lumia Care in Sydney is seeking a Workforce Operations Manager to lead the coordination, performance and optimisation of our nationwide workforce across aged care, disability and healthcare programs.

You will oversee a team of 3 direct reports and around 30 FTE, plus a casual pool of about 3,000 workers, driving recruitment, scheduling, call centre and shared services to ensure compliant, high-performing service delivery. This is a hybrid role with a new Ashfield office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workforce operations within aged care, disability or healthcare sectors.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and deployment of staff.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance and audit readiness in care settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and deployment activities across care services.
• Oversee scheduling, workforce coordination and staffing across service streams.
• Manage shared services functions and workforce liaison with operational leaders.
• Ensure workforce compliance and governance across aged care, disability and healthcare services.
