You will support hospital operations by ensuring timely ordering and delivery of goods and services, maintaining accuracy in purchasing records, and liaising with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar purchasing/procurement role is essential.
• Experience processing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and manage purchasing requests.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm pricing and coordinate
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and update internal systems.
• Assist with invoice and purchase order matching, resolving discrepancies where required.
• Ensure purchasing activities follow organisational policies and procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the purchasing function as required.
