Qualifications

• Experience in practice management, healthcare administration, or senior medical reception.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Experience with Best Practice, Cubiko, Tanda, or similar medical software.
• Understanding of Medicare, private billing, and compliance requirements.
• Proactive mindset with passion for growth, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
