Southern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale, service-wide projects that align with strategic priorities and improve patient care. You will oversee project planning, budgets, stakeholder engagement and change management, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will mentor junior staff, drive benefits realisation, and contribute to organisational initiatives within SALHN’s PMO.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of large-scale, service-wide projects that support SALHN’s strategic priorities and improve organisational outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, monitor risks and performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships and lead change management initiatives, collaborating with consumers, clinicians, executives and external partners.
• Drive project success through benefits realisation, continuous improvement and a collaborative team culture, while mentoring and supporting the development of project staff.
