Palliative Care SA is seeking an experienced Lead Project & Improvement Officer to drive clinical and operational improvements across multiple hospital sites in Adelaide's north. Based at Modbury Hospital with regular presence at Lyell McEwin Hospital, you will lead end-to-end projects, apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects or improvement programs within health or regulated environments.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma or Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care standards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across clinical and non-clinical groups.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites or workstreams.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting, business cases, or briefing papers.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in health management or project management.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across clinical and operational improvement initiatives at Modbury and Lyell McEwin Hospitals.
• Apply structured improvement methodologies to design and embed sustainable change across services.
• Engage multidisciplinary stakeholders and report progress to network leadership.
• Monitor project performance, risks and outcomes, and manage governance documents.
