Job summary

SA Health is seeking a Data Insights and Analytics Lead for the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network PMO. You will turn data into actionable insights, drive prioritisation and measure benefits across healthcare projects.

You will collaborate with project teams, sponsors and executives to translate complex datasets into clear recommendations and practical next steps, strengthening the PMO’s analytical capability and decision-making power.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher qualification in information management, IT, computer science or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience analysing and interpreting complex datasets, preferably health data.
• Strong data visualisation and storytelling skills with the ability to present findings to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into actionable insights to inform project prioritisation and performance monitoring.
• Translate complex data into clear findings, recommendations and narratives for executive decision-making.
• Define and track benefits, monitor progress and assess outcomes after project completion.
• Develop visualisations and reports that communicate the story behind the numbers.
• Build analytical partnerships across project teams and data owners.
• Strengthen analytical capability to improve consistency and transparency across the project portfolio.
