Job summary

MNX, a UPS company, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead distribution in a high-volume health care logistics environment. You will coordinate warehousing, transportation, inventory, and purchasing while driving continuous improvement and system migrations.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, setting stock levels, directing staff, negotiating supplier contracts, and ensuring compliance and safety.

• Coordinate daily supply chain and distribution across warehouse and dispatch
• Develop and oversee purchasing, storage, and distribution plans
• Plan stock levels to meet demand while minimizing costs
• Manage outbound dispatch, scheduling, and on-time delivery
• Monitor inventory and stock allocation for continuity
• Lead and train warehouse staff and ensure safety compliance
• Identify gaps and enhance WMS and HELIX processes
