Queensland Health is seeking a professional to lead the Supply Chain Branch, delivering end-to-end warehousing and distribution services across hospital networks. The role focuses on capacity planning, staff leadership, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to maximise value and service quality.

You will oversee inventory workflows, cost-effective strategies, risk management, and reporting against key targets, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and equity

Responsabilidades

• Develop and direct programs and strategies to ensure Supply Services (WM) capacity to deliver cost effective and innovative warehousing and distribution support to clients.
• Formulate and co-ordinate operational planning of the warehousing and distribution functions.
• Oversee the effective operation and co-ordination of workflow of receipt, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and distribution of goods.
• Run reports and search information on the Materials Management information system.
• Contribute to the development of departmental budgets ensuring financial decisions are congruent with organisational goals.
• Develop a work environment that encourages and promotes feedback and reporting from staff to ensure continuous improvement to business goals
• Undertake regular reporting against goals and objectives in regard key targets, resource utilisation, and processing deadlines particularly for receipts for non-stock products.
• Identify and manage risk in the warehousing and distribution functions
• Interpret and evaluate regulations and instructions as they relate to the warehousing and distribution functions.
