Job summary

Toll Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our healthcare team in Eastern Creek, ensuring safe, accurate warehousing and distribution aligned with customer regulations. You’ll influence operational performance, customer relations, people leadership and financial outcomes.

Reporting to the DC Manager, you will drive service performance, develop your team, manage relationships, and pursue continuous improvement and growth opportunities while maintaining industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing large teams and key stakeholders.
• Strong KPI focus and continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Day to Day operations with adequate resources to meet objectives.
• Develop operational teams and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Drive KPI performance and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with governance and safety requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Coach and develop future leaders within the business.
