Independent Living Specialists (ILS) – Batemans Bay NSW is looking for a full‑time Operations Support to join our warehouse team. You will handle inbound deliveries, receipting stock, dispatching goods and assisting with setup of demonstration equipment.

The role requires a professional, courteous manner, a clean driving history, the ability to work unsupervised and a current driver’s licence, plus police clearance, Working with Children and NDIS checks (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Must be capable of professional, courteous interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work unsupervised and in a team.
• Clean driving history and a current driver’s licence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sign for inward deliveries and verify correct items.
• Receipting deliveries and stock put away with labels.
• Builds furniture like hire items, paediatric devices and wheelchairs; set up demonstration equipment.
• Deliver and install equipment to clients.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries promptly.
