Job summary

Independent Living Specialists (ILS) – Batemans Bay NSW is looking for a full‑time Operations Support to join our warehouse team. You will handle inbound deliveries, receipting stock, dispatching goods and assisting with setup of demonstration equipment.

The role requires a professional, courteous manner, a clean driving history, the ability to work unsupervised and a current driver’s licence, plus police clearance, Working with Children and NDIS checks (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external enquiries promptly.

Independent Living Specialists (ILS) is one of the largest healthcare equipment providers in Australia. We have a role available for an Full‑Time Operations Support to work out of our Batemans Bay hub. You will be responsible for receipting of incoming goods, dispatching finished goods and stock at our warehouse. You will also be required to assist in the setup of demonstration equipment (full training provided) and delivery of orders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Sign for any inward deliveries received from couriers ensuring the correct delivery is received
• Receipting of all deliveries and stock put away with appropriate labels
• Building hire, paediatric and wheelchairs and setup of demonstration equipment for product trials.
• Delivery and installation of equipment to clients
• Responding to internal and external enquiries in a timely manner

Our requirements:

• Have a professional and courteous manner, to build rapport and relationships with the clients and customers
• Excellent Driver History Report
• Ability to work unsupervised, and collaboratively with your team
• A current Driver's License is essential for this position (provisional/learner's licenses will not be accepted)
• Current National Police Clearance Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Provide a working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current NDIS Worker screening check (or willingness to obtain)
• Appointment will be subject to compliant immunisation screening
• Must be fully Covid-19 Vaccinated (min. 2 doses)
