Job summary

Independent Living Specialists is seeking a Full-time Warehouse Assistant to join the inbound team at our Eastern Creek Distribution Centre. You will load/unload trucks, use a high reach forklift to pick and replenish stock, and ensure timely processing of inbound deliveries.

The role requires RF scanning experience, basic computer skills, and a reliable work ethic. Overtime and weekend work may be available in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload supplier vehicles and containers safely and efficiently.

• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.

Full-time Warehouse Assistant to assist our Inbound Team at our National Distribution Centre situated in Eastern Creek.

Your shift will be 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

About the role:

Working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment you will be responsible for warehouse duties in our Eastern Creek Distribution Centre. As a forklift driver in a warehouse assistant capacity, you will load and unload trucks, pick orders and assist with replenishment and putaways.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Safe and efficient unloading of supplier vehicles and containers
• Operating the high reach forklift to pick, replenish and put away stock
• Receiving, checking and processing inbound deliveries
• Accurate and timely picking, packing and dispatch of orders and transfers as required
• Adhering to all health & safety policies and procedures

The successful candidates will have:
