Livingstone International is a leading supplier of healthcare, medical, laboratory, hygiene and workplace safety products in Australia. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strong customer relationships and identify new market opportunities.

This is an onsite role in Mascot, NSW, with no work-from-home option. You will work with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support Livingstone's expansion across key markets.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and commercially focused with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Able to identify opportunities, build pipelines and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to establish trusted partnerships.
• Healthcare sector experience with hospitals or aged care is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Expand Livingstone's customer base and market presence.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve performance targets.
