Heidi Health Corp. is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to own system design, technical decisions, and customer outcomes for enterprise AI deployments.

You will lead model customization, deployment, and agent systems while collaborating with customers and engineers to deliver measurable business impact. The role requires practical experience building production AI systems, strong software or ML engineering skills, and familiarity with open-weight language models and the modern LLM ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in at least two of the areas above.
• Practical experience building or operating production AI systems.
• Solid software engineering or machine learning engineering skills.
• Familiarity with open-weight language models and the modern LLM ecosystem.
• Good judgement balancing model quality, cost, latency, and reliability.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own system design, technical decisions and customer outcomes.
• Design cost-effective cloud or on-prem deployment approaches.
• Build agent workflows around language models and connect with customer data and tools.
• Explain trade-offs between quality, cost, privacy and complexity; support production launch.
