Responsibilities

• Answer and redirect calls.
• Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork.
• Conduct follow-up requests and reminder calls for visits.
• Maintain accurate record management and preparation of medical records.
• Perform Health Fund checks as required.
• Manage the collection of excesses/co-payments.
• Coordinate with staff from other departments and perform data entry.
