Job summary

Rx Physiotherapy Shellharbour – Shellharbour Village NSW is seeking a medical or allied health administrator to join RX Active Health. You will support practitioners, clients and the day-to-day administration of a busy clinic, including diary management, bookings, billing and records.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team across physiotherapy, psychology, gym and recovery services. Experience with practice management software, such as Nookal, is highly regarded for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous medical, allied health or healthcare administration experience is important for this role.
• Experience using a practice management system such as Nookal would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and creating a professional, positive first impression.
• Answering calls, emails and client enquiries.
• Managing practitioner diaries, appointments, cancellations and rebooking.
• Helping clients understand appointment types and directing enquiries appropriately.
• Processing payments, invoices and health fund claims.
• Maintaining accurate client, clinical administration and billing records.
• Following up clients regarding appointments and outstanding administrative requirements.
• Assisting with membership and service enquiries across the wider RX Active Health facility.
