Job summary

PERDAYS is an Australian health supplement company focusing on pregnancy and preconception. The Social Media & Community Coordinator will manage daily posts across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, schedule content, and coordinate email marketing in Klaviyo.

Reporting to the Global Content and Brand Manager, you will collaborate with a designer and Growth Specialist to ensure brand voice, AI-assisted content, and TGA compliance while growing the brand audience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in social media, content creation, or community management for a consumer brand.
• Experience with health, wellness, supplement, parenting, or beauty brands is highly regarded.
• Experience coordinating influencers or UGC creators.
• Portfolio or examples of social content you've created or managed.
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms (desirable).
• Understanding of TGA advertising requirements for health products (desirable).
• Desirable tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, ensuring timing, captions, and formatting meet brand standards.
• Draft on-brand copy for social posts and captions.
• Use AI tools daily to brainstorm content ideas, draft and refine captions, repurpose content, and speed up video editing while checking accuracy and compliance.
• Source images and produce short-form videos and basic graphics using Canva and CapCut.
• Work with the graphic designer on visuals and templates.
• Work with the Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist on AI-generated content and feedback.
• Develop understanding of paid ads keywords to inform organic content.
