Job summary

Glanbia Performance Nutrition in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Creative Social Media Content Creator to join the Oceania team. You will craft engaging video and photo content for ON across ANZ, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, and turning campaigns into scroll-stopping posts.

You’ll manage multiple accounts, coordinate calendars, write captions, and collaborate with marketing, Sales, and brand partners.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing or related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Knowledge of SEO and keyword research.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality social content: film and edit videos, photos and Stories for Instagram and TikTok.
• Deliver fast turnarounds with same-day edits and 2–4 posts per day during events.

Social Media Content Creator - Oceania

We’re on the hunt for a creative, organised and adaptable Content Creator to join our Social Media team.

This position will create all social media content in line with the social media strategy and marketing initiatives for ON across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to our Senior Brand Manager, you’ll bring key campaigns to life, create scroll-stopping content, manage multiple brand accounts, and capture everything from new products to events and all things ON. Responsibilities:

• Creating high-quality social content: Develop, film and edit engaging videos, photos and Stories for Instagram and TikTok, from product launches and educational content to customer interviews and event coverage.
• Delivering fast turnarounds: Work confidently to tight deadlines, including same-day edits. During major events, help deliver a team output of approximately 2-4 posts per day while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Managing multiple accounts: Our social presence spans multiple accounts. You’ll share responsibility for the ON accounts with the SBM and take ownership maintaining brand tone of voice and style.
• Planning and publishing content: Help maintain content calendars, write captions, schedule posts and coordinate content around campaigns, launches and key dates.
• Bringing fresh ideas: Proactively pitch concepts, identify relevant trends and find new ways to make our content engaging, useful and recognisable.
• Supporting ambassador management: Provide cover when team members are away, including creator communication, brief distribution, draft follow-ups and content coordination.
• Working with people on camera: Help ambassadors feel comfortable being filmed, and guide them to capture natural, engaging content.
• Reviewing content performance: Use account insights to understand what’s working and apply those learnings to future content.
• Collaborating across the business: Work closely with the marketing team, Sales teams and brand partners to deliver content that meets the brief.
• Managing content assets: Keep footage, edits and project files organised so the team can easily find, reuse and hand over content.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• University Degree in Marketing, or another related discipline
• Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media.
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
• Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social”.
• Passion for fitness and nutrition essential & an understanding of the dedicated sports lifestyle and a strong passion for building nutritional products that support this sector
