Monbeef is part of Bindaree Food Group and is a paddock-to-plate operation spanning NSW and Queensland. Based in Cooma, NSW at our halal certified Monbeef facility, we’re seeking a safety professional to champion a positive safety culture and lead training, audits and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a health, safety and/or training role in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and incident investigations.
• The ability to influence, coach and build relationships at all levels of the business.
• Confidence facilitating training, inductions and workplace learning initiatives.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Relevant qualifications in Work Health & Safety or a related discipline (preferred).

• Deliver inductions and support workforce training and capability development.
• Maintain training records and oversee site training systems and schedules.
• Develop, review and manage Safe Work Instructions and safety documentation.
• Facilitate safety committee meetings and critical risk management activities.
• Coordinate external training providers and annual training plans.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that keep our people safe.
• Build strong relationships across operations, safety, training and P&C teams.

Description:

Your new day to day:
