Job summary

Bindaree Food Group in Burleigh Heads, QLD, is seeking a hands-on Training Specialist to deliver onboarding, refresher and skills-based training across our operational teams, helping people learn and succeed in a busy, safety‑driven environment.

You will coordinate site inductions, competency assessments and training plans to support workforce capability and compliance, maintain training records and LMS data, and partner with Production, Quality, Safety and People & Culture leaders to identify

• Experience delivering training in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and competency-based training.
• Experience maintaining training records and compliance documentation.
• Experience using an LMS and Microsoft Office.
