We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Head Office at Ormeau as a Training Manager. In this role you will be responsible for Inducting site employees, work closely with the HR Team and own site training and apprentice coordination across the Plant. You will build the competency matrix, training needs analysis and future talent pipeline.
This is a standalone role with significant scope to make it your own. You will establish the administrative foundations of the function, engage stakeholders across the business and support the Senior Leadership Team to strengthen workplace health and safety, quality and capability.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, we are excited to introduce this new level of operational effectiveness to the business. You will be backed by a new Senior Leadership Team and a organisation ready to take their business to the next level.
You are an experienced training, learning and development or operational capability professional who enjoys building structure, engaging people and delivering practical results.
Experience in meat or perishables is advantageous but not essential. We will provide the industry knowledge and support you need to succeed.
