• Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure or a project environment.
• Experience with HammerTech or similar HSE systems is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and data management and proficient Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and interest in developing HSE knowledge.

McConnell Dowell is seeking a capable and proactive Health, Safety and Environment Administrator (HSE) to join our team supporting an upcoming major civil infrastructure project in metropolitan Adelaide.

This is a great opportunity to become involved early, as the project team builds towards delivery. Working closely with the Health, Safety and Environment team, you’ll play an important role in keeping our systems, reporting and HSE initiatives organised and running smoothly.

Reporting to the Project Health and Safety Manager, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support across the project’s health, safety and environment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the project’s HammerTech HSE platform, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

About you

You don’t necessarily need to be a safety professional. We’re looking for a strong administrator who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy project environment.

You’ll ideally bring:
