Job summary

Red Dust Holdings is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our civil construction and mining projects across Western Australia, on a 2:1 FIFO roster. You will collaborate with Project Engineers and Supervisors to implement safe work practices and foster a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HSE/WHS experience in Civil Construction or Mining.
• Proven VOC facilitation with leaders and SME.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WHS compliance with legislation, client requirements and company procedures.
• Provide WHS advice and support to Project Engineers and Supervisors.
• Prepare safety documentation including CRAWS, JSEAs and Safe Work Instructions.
• Conduct site inspections and engage with workers.
• Deliver WHS presentations at pre-starts and toolbox talks.
• Investigate incidents and produce detailed reports.
• Facilitate verification of competency for mobile plant operators.
