Royal North Shore Hospital’s Health Information Services seeks a Digitisation Officer to perform a broad range of admin duties, including document imaging, PDF uploads and secure scanning. The role also involves creating records, assisting with records destruction, and handling offsite storage and record delivery across Beaches campuses.

The position supports release of information for ongoing care and processing of deceased paperwork, while meeting KPIs and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Formación

• Experience in an administrative position and/or knowledge and experience in health administrative functions.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to take initiatives and conduct thorough investigations for problem solving.
• Developed computer skills including experience with document imaging, patient administrations systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Perform document imaging tasks including PDF upload and secure scanning within Health Information Services.
• Create new records as required and assist in records destruction.
• Process offsite storage records, collect paperwork for scanning and deliver records across Beaches campuses.
• Assist with release of information requests for ongoing care and processing of deceased paperwork.
