Job summary

Department of Justice in Western Australia is seeking a permanent, full-time Workforce Design Lead. The role requires extensive experience in workforce design, organisational change and establishment matters, and it will lead a team delivering best-practice workforce design services across the public sector.

You will report to the Assistant Director Workforce Planning, Design and Development and drive continuous improvement while upholding ethical principles and public service values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team delivering workforce design advice in a large organisation.
• Experience identifying and driving workforce design projects and restructures.
• Public service ethos: integrity, empathy, humility, and commitment to public good.
