Job summary

The Department of Justice in Perth seeks a Permanent Part Time Workforce Planning Analyst to support workforce data analysis, reporting and planning across the prison estate. This role sits in the Workforce Planning team, enabling evidence-based decisions and future workforce needs.

You will engage stakeholders, coordinate documentation, and deliver high-quality reports and correspondence with strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience analysing data and preparing reports, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Highly developed written communication skills, including experience preparing correspondence, meeting minutes and business documentation.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with workforce data analysis and reporting across the prison estate.
• Support stakeholder engagement and coordination of workforce planning documentation.
• Prepare workforce planning documentation to support evidence-based workforce decisions.
• Contribute to project coordination and delivery of workforce planning initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders and colleagues to balance priorities and deadlines.
