Job summary

The Department of Justice in Western Australia is seeking a permanent, full-time Manager Work Health and Safety to lead the WHS Management System and drive improvements across the department. You will provide expert guidance to staff at all levels, manage a team, and deliver proactive WHS advice to ensure regulatory compliance.

Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will develop and report on WHS initiatives, embed best practices, and foster a safe work environment

• Lead a team delivering contemporary engagement and evidence-based assistance to improve workplace health and safety.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to embed best practices and prevent harm.
