Job summary

Hollard Insurance Company in North Sydney is seeking a Head of Strategy, Governance and Performance to lead strategy, governance and architecture for Technology, and to shape how Technology works with its partners.

You will sit on the Technology Leadership Team, own third-party governance, risk and enterprise architecture, and build a high-performing, inclusive team that can scale with the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology governance within APRA-regulated financial services or insurance.
• Working knowledge of CPS 230, CPS 234, CPS 220 and CPS 511.
• Strong vendor governance with contract creation, SLA reviews and negotiation.
• Enterprise Architecture leadership with experience in frameworks.
• Strategic thinker, able to influence from Board to day-to-day reviews.
• Empathetic leadership; coaching and empowering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor and commercial governance across Technology's third-party estate, SLAs, contracts and third-party risk under CPS 230.
• Lead technology governance and risk, aligning to CPS 230/234/220/511; oversee business continuity and DR readiness.
• Set tech strategy and roadmap, track delivery to the 2030 Vision; guide capacity, demand and innovation governance.
• Lead Enterprise Architecture: target-state, standards and guardrails; chair Architecture Review Board.
• Build and lead governance, vendor, service management and architecture teams with senior leaders.
