Job summary

You will lead the definition of the AI management plane, integrating AI with data governance and technology frameworks, and work on high-value use cases with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in AI, machine learning and AI solution development.
• Experience in regulated environments with model validation and audit insight.
• Strategic leadership translating business vision into AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI lifecycle, monitoring and explainability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CDAO to develop and execute Hollard's enterprise AI strategy.
• Lead initiatives transforming operations and customer experience through AI.
• Create enterprise standards for AI development and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Identify high-value AI use cases with stakeholders and shape prioritization.
• Define approach for each use case including build-versus-buy and success metrics.
• Define vision and roadmap for the AI management plane and secure sponsorship.
• Define how AI agents are identified, authorized, and constrained with data access controls.
