Job summary

NAISDA seeks a dynamic Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander education leader to head Teaching and Learning, aligning strategy with cultural principles and student success across a nationally recognised program.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee accreditation, quality assurance, wellbeing and curriculum innovation while ensuring sustainable, responsive educational offerings that reflect Indigenous Knowings.

Qualifications

• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leadership experience in an education setting.
• Experience leading complex education portfolios and building high‑performing teams.
• Experience managing budgets, resources and organisational performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of NAISDA's education portfolio and student experience.
• Oversee quality assurance, compliance, wellbeing, curriculum development and organisational capability.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, drive collaboration, and foster continuous improvement across Teaching and Learning.
