Job summary

North West Hospital and Health Service in Mount Isa seeks an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Senior Educator (Identified) to provide senior education and workforce development leadership across multiple services, designing, delivering and evaluating education programs.

You will mentor staff, assess learning needs, and build partnerships with ATSI health leaders to align education with statewide priorities.

Qualifications

• Senior Educator leadership experience in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workforce development.
• Ability to design, deliver and evaluate education programs.
• Strong mentoring and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior education and workforce development leadership across multiple Hospital and Health Services.
• Design, deliver and evaluate contemporary education programs and identify learning needs.
