Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end procurement, planning and logistics in a fast-growing FMCG environment. The role requires building scalable systems, driving governance and collaborating with the leadership team to shape strategy.

You'll manage a global supplier network, implement S&OP processes, and develop a high-performing team. Relocation support is available for the right candidate and Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain across procurement, planning and logistics.
• Ability to build scalable systems, processes and governance in a fast-growing FMCG environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build a scalable, efficient supply chain function with clear systems and processes, coaching the team for adoption.
• Own sourcing and procurement across a global supplier network and manage lead times.
• Lead demand and supply planning to align production with capacity.
• Develop and embed an S&OP process with cross-functional engagement.
• Ensure supplier audits and governance are robust and compliant.
• Oversee freight and logistics strategy, including cold chain where relevant.
• Build and develop a team across procurement, planning and logistics.
• Forge strong stakeholder relationships across the group and with international suppliers.
• Represent supply chain at leadership level and contribute to broader decisions.
