Department of Transport & Planning Victoria in Melbourne invites applications for the role of Manager Stakeholder and Consumer Engagement. This fixed-term position leads engagement strategies to inform policy and improve consumer experiences in Victoria’s building and planning sectors.

The role builds relationships with consumers and stakeholders, oversees engagement plans and the Consumer Reference Group, and provides high-quality advice to influence outcomes within a collaborative team.

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications or extensive relevant experience in stakeholder engagement.
• Strong written communication and digital skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience briefing Ministers and knowledge of government or regulatory environments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee consumer engagement plans, the Consumer Reference Group, communications, research and reporting.
• Build relationships with consumers and stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Provide high-quality advice to influence outcomes within the Building Monitor remit.
• Support the Building Monitor’s public engagement activities and foster collaboration.
