Job summary

VicRoads is seeking a relationship-driven communications and stakeholder engagement professional to shape enterprise-wide initiatives at the intersection of policy, technology and organisational change.

Reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you will translate complex policy into practical outcomes, manage government and community relations, and deliver integrated engagement strategies across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on policy and stakeholder engagement in a complex, regulated environment.
• Ability to prepare clear written materials, advice, briefings and messages for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise-wide AI framework governance and adoption with cross-functional teams.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications planning and policy related activities.
• Translate policy, privacy and digital identity topics into practical business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Change and Corporate Services to support workforce and talent initiatives.
• Develop stakeholder maps and evidence-based submissions for executive decision-making.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery.
