Job summary

Lumary is seeking a Head of Services to lead a team of business and technical consultants and project managers across disability and aged care sectors. The role spans implementation, configuration, training, go-live and adoption, reporting to the AU President.

You will drive time-to-value, platform adoption, and the commercial health of the practice while aligning with Sales, Product and Customer Success. Remote/hybrid work options may apply for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Led services, delivery or consulting teams in a technology business.
• Commercial fluency: utilisation, forecasting and contract risk familiar ground.
• Delivered or led enterprise SaaS implementations (Salesforce ecosystem experience is a real advantage).
• Credibility with executives, including during difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the services team, coaching for trust and transparency.
• Oversee active implementations: progress, risks, quality, customer health.
• Build relationships with customer executives; act as senior escalation point.
• Manage utilisation, revenue forecasting and resourcing across projects.
• Own financial performance: revenue, margin and spend for the practice.
• Review pipeline with Sales; sign off on effort, margin, risk before delivery.
• Standardise and automate repeatable parts of our implementation methodology.
