Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this hands-on role blends strategic advisory with operational support, focusing on employee relations, compliance and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• HR Business Partner experience or senior HR advisory.
• Knowledge of Fair Work legislation and SCHADS/Nurses award.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment with autonomy.
