Australia Post is seeking a Service Delivery & Insights Manager to lead operational capability across testing, quality and non-production environment services in Technology. You’ll bring together demand, capacity, service performance and risk insights to inform prioritisation and investment decisions.

You’ll also define the operating approach, establish planning cadences, and build enterprise views of delivery health.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business operations, technology operations, service delivery, PMO, governance, reporting or delivery assurance functions.
• Proven ability to design and implement KPI systems and operational dashboards.
• Strong collaboration across multiple teams, vendors and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the Service Delivery & Insights operating approach, service catalogue, planning cadence and capability roadmap aligned to EQTES priorities.
• Establish consistent planning, reporting and operating routines across Testing Delivery Services, Quality Engineering, Environment & Test Data Services and Quality Portfolio Management.
• Create and maintain a single enterprise view of delivery health, demand, capacity, service utilisation and operational risk.
• Lead governance forums, service reviews and reporting routines for prioritisation, investment planning and accountability.
