Job summary
Evergreen Garden Care Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Support and Service Delivery Lead to oversee high-quality IT services across Australian operations. You will interface with Group IT, business stakeholders and third-party partners, driving service excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
The role combines service delivery, vendor coordination, service desk leadership and continuous improvement, with travel to Australian sites.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT service delivery, service desk leadership, IT support or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and ITIL practices.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and managed service providers.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of IT services across Australian operations.
- Act as the primary interface between Group IT, Australian business stakeholders and third-party support partners.
- Manage service desk operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors and monitor supplier performance against SLAs.
- Produce regular reports on service desk performance and issues.
